Probet-Dasag was founded in 1983 and since then has been producing precious concrete products, continuing the 140-year-old tradition of the German company DASAG.
We are a limited liability company with 100% Polish capital. The company's commercial activities in Germany are carried out through the German subsidiary Dasag Objekt-Vetriebs-GmbH.
Mission
The main idea behind us is to popularize the creative use of the possibilities hidden in terrazzo products.
In order to meet the high expectations of our customers, we use selected aggregates and the best cements in the production process, and thanks to innovative technologies, our products are characterized by high quality and comfort of use. Economies of scale and optimization of production processes taking into account pro-ecological activities allow us to offer the highest quality products at a reasonable price.

The Management Board of Probet-Dasag Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Żagań, acting pursuant to Article 500 § 21 of the Commercial Companies Code, informs that on 31 August 2021 a plan was agreed on the merger of Probet-Dasag Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Żagań (the Acquiring Company) with the company "Probet-Burczyński" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Żary (the Acquired Company) pursuant to Article 492 § 1 item 1 and Article 515 § 1 in fine of the Commercial Companies Code by transferring to the Acquiring Company the entire assets of the Acquired Company and makes the merger plan available to the public.

Our production is carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001:2001 Quality Management System, implemented in 1999 and regularly recertified. PROBET-DASAG products meet the requirements of PN-EN 13748-1:2005 and PN-EN 13748-2:2006 standards.
