Promenade in Trzęsacz

White concrete slabs as whole tons, black concrete slabs as half-tons

The promenade in Trzęsacz has one of the most interesting patterns made of cobblestones – the promenade resembles a piano keyboard. This is a reference to the classical music festival “Sacrum Non Profanum” held in Trzęsacz since 2005. The so-called Promenade of Scores contains a fragment of Krzysztof Penderecki’s “A sea of dreams blew on me”, m.in m. In such an artistic scenery, charming pubs and beautiful buildings sit down, creating a characteristic melody and atmosphere of this place.

A unique promenade. Trzęsacz gains another business card

Trzęsacz is famous for several tourist attractions. These include the ruins of a Gothic church on top of a cliff and the neo-Gothic Church of Divine Mercy. These characteristic points were joined by a promenade. This is the result of an agreement between the Management of the International Music Festival and the commune head. White and black concrete slabs laid on Klifowa Street make the promenade in Trzęsacz one of the most interesting seaside promenades and one of the most characteristic places on the map of seaside, picturesque towns.
