GROUND SURFACE

Machining is carried out using multi-head grinders equipped with diamond and carborundum tools. Depending on the granularity of the tools used, we obtain a surface with different degrees of anti-slip properties, which have a common feature: a slight gloss that emphasizes the beauty of the natural stone aggregates used in the production process.

SANDBLASTED SURFACE

The surface of the elements is blasted with steel balls, commonly known as "sandblasting". As a result, the grains of natural stone aggregates are partially exposed, the surface is roughened and takes on a unique character.

BRUSHED SURFACE

It is a technologically complex refinement process with the use of spinning brushes with a corundum coating. As a result, the surface of the elements acquires an extremely attractive light gloss and a velvety and delicate to the touch structure.

STRUCTURAL SURFACE

The surface of the elements faithfully reproduces the shapes and colors given to it in the molding process. This material finishing technology provides very high anti-slip properties, which is a guarantee of safe use.

WASHED SURFACE

Immediately after forming, the plate is "rinsed" using multiple low-pressure water jets. As a result, the aggregate grains are partially exposed, revealing their shape and colour, and the surface of the elements is roughened and acquires particularly high anti-slip parameters.
