GDPR NOTICE
for people using the contact and complaint form
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Journal of Laws of the European Union of 2016 No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I would like to inform:
- The administrator of your personal data is PROBET-DASAG Spółka z o.o. with its registered office: 68-100 Żagań, 4-6 Fabryczna Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000136496 kept by the District Court in Zielona Góra, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP 928-10-04-140, tel.: +48 68 363 16 20, e-mail address: sekretariat@dasag.pl.
- The Administrator processes your personal data in order to respond to the inquiry/notification sent via the contact/complaint form on the website dasag.pl/ www.dasag.eu.
- The Administrator processes your personal data on the basis of consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- Recipient Your personal data is:
- persons authorized in writing by the Administrator to process personal data of customers,
- entities with which the Administrator has concluded a data processing agreement and persons authorized in writing by these entities to process personal data,
- entities authorized under the law.
- The Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the correspondence/consideration of the case, depending on the type of inquiry, but no longer than for a period of 6 months from the date of completion of the correspondence/, or until the earlier withdrawal of consent. Personal data may be stored beyond the periods indicated above, if such an obligation arises from the provisions of law or it is necessary in connection with the determination, investigation or defence against claims resulting from the submitted inquiry.
- You have the following rights:
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data (Article 7(3) of the GDPR), provided that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
- the right to access their data and receive a copy of them (Article 15 of the GDPR), whereby only the first copy of the processed data is made available free of charge, for subsequent copies the Administrator may charge a fee;
- the right to rectify their data, including their completion (Article 16 of the GDPR);
- the right to erasure, the so-called “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 of the GDPR), if the Controller does not have a legal basis to process the data;
- the right to limit data processing (Article 18 of the GDPR), to the extent that the Administrator processes data without a legal basis;
- the right to transfer data (Article 20 of the GDPR), in the scope of data provided by you to the Administrator, which are processed in an automated manner;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 of the GDPR).
- Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide them makes it impossible to send an inquiry via the contact/complaint form and obtain a response to the inquiry submitted via the contact form.
- Your data will not be the basis for automated decision-making and will not be profiled.
