Skyliner skyscraper in Warsaw

Although Dasag concrete products are changing commercial and private facilities throughout Poland, Warsaw, due to the number of projects that have taken place in the capital, is an extremely important point for us. Our slabs cover not only pavements, squares, stations and sports facilities, but also modern office buildings climbing upwards. One of them is the Skyliner facility, opened in February 2021.

Top-notch materials

The Skyliner is a building designed down to the smallest detail: from the modern entrance, through the impressive lobby, to the truly impressive view from the Skybar located 165 meters above the ground. The numbers speak for themselves here:

• 195 meters high
• 45 floors,
• 49,000 square meters of leasable space,
• 16 meters high lobby (the highest office lobby in Poland).

It is one of the tallest and most modern office buildings in Warsaw. The building, thanks to its architecture, both through proportions and characteristic shape, definitely stands out from the city skyline. Its recognizable element is a high tower, which has been firmly set on a wide, glazed base with a height of 16 m. The right choice of proportions of the structure allows you to create the impression that the upper part of the building is floating above the ground.

Terrazzo at the base

The immediate vicinity of the building will be developed in a passer-by-friendly way, who can take advantage of the retail, service and gastronomic offer of the office building. To arrange this part of the space, light concrete slabs and Dasag stair cladding were used. The brand’s characteristic terrazzo products, which in its modern version have been a real hit among designers for several years, emphasize the blue glass glow of the building, and are also an ideal background for plants and leisure elements. The whole looks modern, aesthetic and inspiring.
