The building located at Powstańców Śląskich Square, which is one of the most prestigious places in Wrocław, is a real synonym of luxury, modernity and good design.
This extremely impressive project combines an elegant apartment building with a functional office building, which is why not only visual qualities, but also technical properties and quality of workmanship were taken into account when selecting finishing materials. There could be only one choice!
Design and technology – concrete floor tiles and stair cladding from the Dasag brand
Almost 7000 square meters, of which over 2thousand square meters are occupied by offices, and 940 square meters are occupied by retail and service space. Such an area is a monumental number of floors to arrange. This is where Dasag concrete floor tiles came to the rescue, which not only look great in modern designs, but also bring indisputable added value to the implementation – durability, reliability, ease of care, resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage, as well as user safety. A wide range of formats and color variants allows you to create original and stylish compositions. In this case, a palette of bright colors was used, which added air to the space and provide a beautiful background for decorative elements.
The whole is complemented by stylish Dasag staircase cladding, perfectly matched to the selected floors. Such a combination is a guarantee of an undisturbed, well-thought-out composition and design for the 21st century. And speaking of such a project…
An idea worth a reward
Thespian, which was arranged using concrete floor tiles and Dasag staircase cladding , was designed by architects from the Maćków Pracownia Projektowa studio from Wrocław. The original façade, stylish finish, timeless aesthetics and extraordinary functionality have been awarded many times by a group of experts. The building has won m.in the following awards and distinctions: 1st place – “Lower Silesian Construction of the Year 2010-2011” in the residential buildings category, Miss Polish 2011 – Skyscraper City Forum Ranking or Second Leonardo Prize at the Architecture Biennale in Minsk.
